The ocean doesn’t distinguish between the infrastructure that extracts fossil fuels and that which harvests wind. It tests them equally, demands the same respect, offers the same unforgiving classroom. This is why our heritage matters—not as a museum of past achievements, but as the living knowledge that makes the impossible merely difficult.
Foundation Year
HBA Offshore was founded in January by industry veteran Hassan Basma and experienced leaders, marking the beginning of a transformative journey in offshore energy services. The company rapidly established regional presence with offices in Ghana and Nigeria.
