OFFSHORE WIND, SOLAR & HYBRIDS

HBA provides full project execution for nearshore & offshore windfarms and increasingly to the floating wind farm sector.

Supported by global industrial partnerships, HBA provides a complete and complementary suite of services, from design and feasibility studies, thru to permitting and power purchasing agreements, project execution and commissioning, and asset management and operations.

HBA Services include:

1. Development and Project Initiation

We identify optimal sites, conduct preliminary assessments, secure land/seabed rights, and establish the foundational framework for renewable energy projects, including stakeholder engagement and initial regulatory consultations.

2. Feasibility Studies and Basic Engineering

Our team conducts comprehensive technical, environmental, and commercial assessments including wind/solar resource analysis, grid connection studies, environmental impact assessments, and preliminary design work to confirm project viability and expected returns.

3. Permitting and Power Purchasing Agreements

We navigate complex regulatory frameworks to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and environmental clearances while negotiating long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with utilities or corporate buyers to ensure stable project revenues.

4. Owner's Engineer Services

As Owner's Engineer, we act as your technical representative, reviewing contractor designs, monitoring construction quality, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

5. PMC (Project Management Consultancy)

Our PMC services provide end-to-end project oversight including schedule management, cost control, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

6. EPICOM Services

We offer full Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Operation & Maintenance services - a single-point responsibility for delivering complete renewable energy projects from concept to commercial operation and beyond.

HBA has a complete suite of software

HBA strives to develop logistics models for offshore wind farms and identify tailored installation technologies and manufacturing requirements.

Assets for these projects are drawn from our pool of marine vessels and/or chartered on a project basis to suit the environmental and technical requirements. In addition to currently developed offshore windfarms projects, HBA is ideally positioned to offer best in class solutions for the upcoming floating windfarm market growth, where our marine capabilities are perfectly suited.

Offshore Installation & Tailored Project Services

From initial design review to installation engineering and marine coordination, HBA offers a range of services to support Project Management & Execution throughout Offshore and floating windfarms development lifecycle.

Our extensive offshore background enables us to provide optimal solutions at each stage of the project. HBA partners with Developers and their supply chain to contribute towards an integrated solution, blending the skills and expertise needed to deliver on time, and on budget.

Project Development

On a case-by-case basis where our team has a long track record developing infrastructure projects, we collaborate with leading power producers by co-investing & co-developing power generation. In particular, HBA works with independent business owners and industrial parks to provide bespoke renewable and hybrid energy solutions and gaining carbon credits for itself as well as its sellers.

HBA in-house renewables project development team takes responsibility for feasibility studies, wind, grid & resource assessment data, land acquisition and local permitting required by each project.

HBA can develop such projects alone or in combination with technology providers suppliers and the buyers. Our objective is to reduce the overall carbon footprint by converting renewable energy into hydrogen and ammonia or biomass to steam and steam generated electricity.

We don't just build substations; we build foundations for a carbon-free future.
