Hassan’s most notable achievement was transforming Bumi Armada from a Malaysian offshore support vessel company into a global top-5 FPSO player during his tenure as CEO from 2005-2014. Under his leadership, Bumi Armada completed one of the year’s most successful IPOs and expanded from 10 vessels to over 50 vessels and 8 FPSOs.
His expertise in corporate turnarounds, strategic growth, and assembling winning teams has been instrumental in establishing HBA as a pioneer in floating renewable energy solutions.
